Technical Mentoring

Technical mentoring at Operivo is an individual competency development program focused on the real challenges faced by technical leaders, engineers, and managers. Instead of theory – concrete decisions, support during crises, situation analysis at the facility, and regular 1:1 sessions with an experienced mentor. Open Trainings

Open training sessions by Operivo are intensive, 1- or 2-day programs for professionals who want to quickly acquire practical tools and ready-to-implement inspiration. Each training focuses on real technical and operational challenges – from managing equipment aging to improving maintenance plans and the competencies of technical leaders. Participants leave with ready-made solutions, a new perspective, and a network of contacts from other manufacturing companies.

Dedicated training

Dedicated trainins by Operivo are designed around specific technical, organizational, and competency challenges occurring in production plants. in here, we do not offer ready-made modules – each training is created based on an analysis of your organization, the level of operational maturity, team structure, and strategic goals. We conduct training in areas such as: managing the aging of machines and technical facilities, building and optimizing preventive maintenance plans, creating and standardizing critical instructions, effectively implementing CMMS/EAM systems, managing technical change, risk-based maintenance (RBM), technical and operational safety (LOTO, IR, compliance audits), as well as developing the competencies of technical managers and maintenance teams. Training can be combined with audits, workshops on the production floor, and implementation mentoring – so that the effect does not end in the training room but is visible in your department's KPIs.
